Can't get adress cleared.
My dad is letting my rent his home and a previous tenant did not pay their bill. The address is blocked now. I got in contact with an agent who told me I needed to take proof of residency and some other documents to a nearby Xfinity store which I did. They then shoo me away saying I should call this number and ask about billing instead then the person on the line tells me that the store should be able to handle this. I'm getting the full run around here and I'm about to just give up and swap to AT&T if I cant get this resolved soon.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us here @user_gvwf21. That is definitely not the experience we would like you to have with that problem. Normally we would advise going to a Xfinity service center with proof of residency, I am sorry to hear that did now work. We can submit a request to have that block removed and have you upload the documents from here. Could you send me a direct message with your full name and complete address for that service?
