Can’t get a payment extension/ app and phone call is of no help
I cannot get a one day payment extension on my account. I am late yes, and plan on paying a bill on April 1st later that night. I get a message in the app and on the website that my services will be disconnected if by April 1st if I don’t make a payment. I tried calling and the automated service says an agent cannot help with a payment extension. I mean seriously!? Is one day going to make that much difference? Is there some channel I can go through to avoid my service being cut off?
