Cant find where to turn annoying reminders off.

I got an email "Just a reminder your payment is due soon" I occasionally get these.  They rub me the wrong way. I pay once a month. I think I changed my bill due date to the 6th a number of years ago, but I rarely ever see that due date.

What date should I change it to, to not get annoying bill reminder emails?  I guess I could set up a filter too, but I rather not in case I really do forget.

Thank you for reaching out to us @whatnamesrleft! I can understand wanting to reduce how many emails you receive and also wanting to make sure the bill due date is set to the right date.

The steps on how to update your text and email preferences can be found here:
https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/update-account-preferences#:~:text=UPDATE%20YOUR%20TEXT%20AND%20EMAIL%20PREFERENCES

The first page of each bill should have the due date of the bill below the account number towards the bottom right of the bill’s PDF. The due date can also be found online through our website and Xfinity app. We have an official step-by-step guide on viewing your Xfinity bill online here:

@XfinityAldrik Unfortunately bill due reminders can't be turned off.

I have been aware for a very long time where the due date and account number are.

I know where to change the bill due date is.

I understand your response has to be made is for the lowest common denominator out there.

My option right now is to move the due date, before taking the step to filtering the emails.

Thanks any ways!

My apologies @whatnamesrleft, I had not realized bill due reminders are unable to be deactivated at this time. To be eligible to move your due date, you must:

Have completed at least one billing cycle

  • If you’re an existing customer who just moved, you need to go through at least one bill cycle before changing your bill’s due date. This is because you get a new account number when you move.

Not have a past due balance.

  • If you are past due, you can make a payment for the full past due balance and then change your due date. This excludes payment arrangements and scheduled payments.

If the bill date does not change after meeting the eligibility requirements, our team would like to take a deeper look at the account.
