Can’t Complete Purchase

Hello, first time making an xfinity, whenever i go build a plan and finish making my plan and setting up payment method it logs me out and brings me to the home screen, and whenever i try to login it brings me directly to the home screen without logging me in, i dont get a purchase email or anything, please help.
