Can’t change payment information
It tells me to verify info when I try to change payment info but I already verified it during logging in (number and email)then I press change payment info then sends me to a page whit my email number and two step authentication if I try to activate two step it says the same thing verify info it’s a constant loop I’ve tried the app the web browser clearing search history and trying logging in again same thing tried paying over phone says I can’t I need to pay online it feels impossible I’m just trying to pay the bill!

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
