Can’t change my payment method

I recently changed banks, but I’m unable to put in the new information and remove the old banking information online. Please help.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @2006anne. The only options to make any payment preference changes is through the Xfinity app, at the Xfinity.com/myaccount site or through the billing team at the customer service number.

The best number for that @2006anne would be the 1-800-Xfinity option.
