Can’t cancel my account, being stonewalled by all support. Cannot cancel billing because it’s intentionally and negligently obfuscated.
Do not respond to me unless you are a human capable of solving my problem, i don’t want to jump through broken hoops to deal with something that can be one button. If i can upgrade service and all of that in one click, so can you allow me to cancel, and it’s been anything but one click away if anything it seems like i’ll have contact the FCC over this. I am beyond frustrated, and only wish to cancel my service and hopefully have one of your people fix this garbage this intentional muddied garbage that is impossible to navigate. I mean i oughta never do business with you again, and it wouldn’t matter so let me cancel my service. Just to describe in some more detail, on the app i tell the AI to let me cancel it says oh okay let’s schedule a call back, click it it times out repeatedly. I call your lines i enter my information it gets my address i say cancel and it says one moment and it just clicks and clicks and hangs up, over and over, this is i have taken videos of it and i will escalate this cancel my [Edited: "Profanity"] service now.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
