Can't afford bill anymore
My rate jumped from 60 to 80 dollars! this is outrageous! who can afford this!? Is anyone available to see if I can keep my current TV/internet plans but at a cheaper rate? I do not think it is fair you guys offer the best rates to new customers all the time and then as soon as our promotion expires it jumps up drastically. Please, I want to keep my cable and internet but will cut it If I need to.
