Can't add payment method contact info

I recently changed my contact information and am trying to add a new payment method to my account. However, I am consistently getting the message "You can't add a new payment method yet. We need to verify your contact information to keep your account secure. Make sure to add your phone number and email address if you haven't already."

My email and phone number are both already verified on the account. How can I verify my contact information and add a payment method?
