Can't add New Payment Method to Moms account
Hello, I pretty much handle paying my mother's Comcast bill but my father who passed away a year ago is still the Primary account holder as per sign into xfinity.com. Mom and I are Managers. We did send Comcast death certificate so on the paper bill it does only show her name so that's correct. I can pay her bill every month with credit card but would like to set up Auto Pay with her bank account. Every time I try to setup it says to add mobile phone which I can because dad no longer has mobile number and moms phone is linked to her phone and my phone is linked to my own xfinity.com account. Also can't change mom to be Primary account holder. Can someone help me. Thanks

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
