Can't access xfinity site or services to resolve invoice issue from abroad
I'm currently in Korea and I've received a invoice for a payment that should not be made, which is why I had my bank block the payment, but I can't access the site to see why that payment was made or to stop xfinity service from canceling due to late payment according to them.
When I log in it keeps showing connection error.
Please set up an email correspondence so we can address the issue and I don't lose my phone number

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
