Can't access account on web site

Xfinity is by far the most customer-hostile company I have to deal with. I'm entering the correct user name to access my account through the web site to pay my bill, even using the Find Your ID function to verify it, and the web site still won't let me enter. Then I start getting calls from Xfinity from a foreigner whose English is so bad I can understand him. How else can I pay my bill?

If you're having trouble signing in online, there are still several ways to pay your bill. You can make a payment through the Xfinity app, by calling our automated payment system, by visiting an authorized Xfinity Store, or by using one of our other available payment methods. If the website isn't recognizing your username even after using the ID recovery tool, we'd be happy to help troubleshoot the sign-in issue as well.
