cannot unlink old address - charged extra - STILL NO REPLY

I'm being charged $25 from my old address on top of the $40 at my new place.


I cannot unlink myself from the old address, because I have to transfer my "admin rights to another user".


Please help me with this and refund the $25. Thanks.
