Cannot remove unlimited data!!

I have spent the past hour or more fighting with all of your non-existent support options and cannot find a way to remove unlimited data from my account. It appears that, as a company, you want to make it impossible for people to remove additional charges like this. On the forums, support agents seem to refer people to send a direct message, but there is no option to do that. Can you please help me to remove this unnecessary charge?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
