Cannot reach billing specialist

I am trying to reach a billing specialist, but the Xfinity Assistant continues to be stuck and will not connect me.

Service was canceled a day before the service was set to renew and I have an email confirmation, but an amount due is still on the account and I need to speak with someone to resolve the issue.
