Cannot open and view my current statement

WHY can I not open and view my current bill?????  This is the third try and it is very frustrating

user_y6r1f3 Are you signing in using the Primary or a Manager level profile? Typically, if you are not signed in using either of those options, a Viewer level profile would not allow you to see the billing.
