cannot log in, need to change payment information
tried to log in but forgot password. when I input codes for password change, redirected to error page. Need to change payment method to a new credit card.

For security reason, we can't take any payment information form you over these written channels, but I want to ensure you're able to access your account yourself to ensure you're able to manage it into the future.
Can you attempt to reset your password once more directly from xfinity.com/password and let us know if you receive the same error?
