Cannot cancel service

I have been trying to cancel service for a week to no avail using the app, assistant, website and via call. Additionally I was also billed for an extra month along with late fee charges before my cancellation. 

I also had a $57.00 credit from my July 11th bill which seems to have completely disappeared. I would like to cancel my internet service effective immediately and dispute these charges.

Hello, @user_258o3t I'm sorry to hear you're looking to cancel your services with us. We would hate to lose you as a customer. Is there a particular reason as to why you're looking to disconnect your services? Is there anything I can do to help change your mind?

I have moved away from the country and cannot use Xfinity anymore.
