Cannot access my billing
Every time I try to make a payment, I am getting an error that states that I do not have access. "You don't have permission to access "http://payments.xfinity.com/" on this server.: if this can be resolved I would also like a discussion on billing, I pay way too much money for the amount of services I have.

To get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging. Once there, type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list to send us a message with your full name and address.
