Cannot access last bill for the account closed last week

Last week, I went to a store to stop the Internet service and return my equipment. The guy there did not ask any questions and just told me that everything is done. Then I've got an SMS and email with a link to access my last bill, but the link actually does not work. When I click it, the Xfinity website asks me to log in, then immediately redirects to my previous account for an address that does not even exist any more. Clicking "Switch account" simply redirects to the billing page for the same previous account.

How can I access my last bill for the account that was closed just recently?

P.S. Apparently, Xfinity has completely abandoned the online web support, as there is only a stupid AI bot telling me to call a phone number. Calling that number and going through another stupid AI bot led me to a "40 minutes wait time" for a human representative. Completely unusable "service"...

Please read the message. I guess, it has enough information about the problem. If not, please tell me exactly what else you would need to solve it.

Are you just looking to have the final bill price at this time?

The bill itself (PDF). The price was in the received links. (Although I'm also wondering whether the automatic payment will work. And if it will not, how am I supposed to pay when your website does not show me that account.)

Edit: actually, the links say that my "automatic payment was processed successfully", so hopefully this will not be a problem. However, I still need the bill itself.

I will be more than happy to help with your request. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

OK, I've sent a direct message to "Xfinity Support". (Turned out to be 3 messages because the interface is so bad that, on pressing the "Enter" key, instead of inserting a line break, it sends the message without giving any clues that this will happen or asking any confirmation...)

So far, the only result of 6 hours in "Direct Messaging" with 3 different representatives is that now I cannot log in into any of my accounts, with the system reporting that my ID is incorrect, and nobody can do anything, just promising to work on the ticket within 72 hours. Nice job...
