Cannot access account to pay bill
I've signed up for services back in October and I've yet to be able to access my account online or recieve a bill in the mail. I've tried to chat, I've tried to call and everyone just tells me someone will get back to me in 24 hours.
I went through the forums and can see there are subjects on this but everytime I try to open one it just takes me back to the home page. i'm all for something free but I'm assuming I'm not some lucky customer who is intentionally being provided free service. Any thoughts. Are there any actual xfinity employees? to be honest I've never heard ones voice....I said i called but I can never get past the computer.
