canncelled internet service 3 weeks ago and yet was charged the full amount
I called the disconect number to request account cancelation and service disconnection immediately on 6/14/2026. The agent provided a disconnect confirmation number and the final billing amount of $23.34. However, I was charged a full amount of $70 for June. I logged into the account today and it seems that there is no active service but a new monthly bill just generated for July. I'd like to know how to end all this and get a partial refund for June.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
