Cancelling

Two weeks ago I had a long phone conversation with customer service about canceling our service and today I was still charged. Your practices are unethical. I was told my account would be closed and the previous charge would be refunded.

When you have a moment please send us a direct message, so we can help and follow up. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
