Cancelling TV due to Bill
Hi,
I signed up for TV service back in November 2024. I added it on to my internet service. I have never picked up the equipment because I am unable to get to the Xfinity store to pick it up, and its now July 2025 and I've been paying for a service I never used or even installed. My bill is over $900 and my internet is suspended. I've been trying to cancel my TV subscription for months now, but I haven't been able to, and the times I have spoken to someone in the chat in the app they told me they took care of it, and that my bill would now be back down to what I signed up for: $99/month for Internet only. Can you please cancel my TV subscription and reduce my bill so I only have to pay for the internet. I don't mind paying what I owe, but I have never used or even picked up the TV equipment, and my bill is way too high for me to pay down.
