Cancelling my services and final bill

Hi, I have returned all equipment to the Xfinity store to cancel my internet services. On my Xfinity app, I see that I am being charged $21.43, even though I have paid out what I have had to until Feb 9. Please let me know how I can get this removed from my balance.
