Cancelled subscription and was supposed to receive a refund, instead received next bill + price increase

Called customer service and while they wasted hella time trying to get me to subscribe to more things and change my mind, which was a huge pain, they eventually let me cancel my subscription and said I would be getting a refund and cancellation confirmation email. I received the cancellation email the same day. But I received a new bill today with a huge price increase as well, and on the app, it also seems like my subscription is still active even though they said it would be terminated the same day I called. I never received my refund either. Extremely frustrating.
