@user_ywlt5v Welcome to our community forum and thank you @EG for moving this post for better exposure. You will stop being billed on the date you set the disconnect order to complete. In some cases, your equipment will still work for a few days as the equipment is de-provisioned from the system, but you will not be billed.
If you have equipment to return, you can take it to a UPS store where they will package it and ship it back to our warehouse free of charge for you. Remember to get a receipt so you can track the shipment!
You can also return equipment at your local Xfinity Service Center. Use the link to find the nearest store and schedule an appointment to save time waiting in line.
