Cancelled Service Still Billing
Hi,
I cancelled my service 5 months ago and paid my final bill. I have called and chatted on the app with at least 5 Comcast employees who tell me my account is closed and I am paid. But my account online is showing that I have a bill and now is 5 months over due. Can someone clear this out and close it please.

@user_2fum99 Thanks for adding a post. We can make sure this is taken care of. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
