Cancelled service on 8/30/2025. Received a new bill on 9/5/2025.
I cancelled my service on 8/30/2025. Received confirmation email for cancellation. Yesterday I received a bill for a new month at a $19 increase on top of it all. Why?

What is the date on the invoice? It sounds as though the invoice was created before you cancelled. As for the $19 increase that would have been explained on your last bill on the 3rd page.

Hello user_1xunrs 👋 I definitely know how confusing it can be to get a bill for something you're no longer using, so I appreciate you letting us know what happened in our community here! Based on the dates you gave, it seems like the bill you received might have been finalized prior to the disconnect date like Again has suggested. Have you been able to take a look at the date when the bill you received was generated?
