Cancelled Service Months Ago but Still Receiving Bill

I cancelled my Xfinity service back in June 2024 but today, I received an email saying that there was a billing issue and that I am supposedly "past due" several hundred dollars. I do not even have any Xfinity equipment at my house anymore so I do not understand why I am being billed for a cancelled account. I checked my account and it does not say I owe anything but I just want to make sure that these late payment emails are either a mistake or spam.

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
