Cancelled Service- Internet never worked
Four times technicians were sent to instal my internet. It never worked properly and I was paying for the highest speed. I was patient for two weeks to have it connected and figured out. Not only did the internet not work but after I had cancelled the service that I never received I was charged $247 and sent to collections. This services was never granted to me, the billing needs to be updated and reversed to zero balance.

Hello, @user_7ce8f6 we can help by taking a closer look at the closed account. We just need to work in a direct message, so we can pull up your account and give out billing details. When you have a chance send us a direct message. You can do this by using the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page. It's next to the Bell icon. Send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support."
