Cancelled service and want refund of credit balance bill
Cancelled service and returned all equipment to Xfinity store in April and have credit balance bill for the past 3 months. I want a refund of the credit balance and Comcast is not sending it. The chatbots don't have a "send me a refund" option, so how do I get the funds?
