Cancelled my service last month, still being charged.

I cancelled my service last month around May 25th, but I was charged for the full price of June, and am now being charged for July as well?? I got on the phone with your customer service and went through the process of cancelling. My cancellation confirmation number was

1002295015772074. Please rectify this mistake.
