Cancelled my service but still getting billed

Hi, I have submitted three cancellation request forms for Xfinity broadband, spoken to online chat twice and I am still getting bills. I explained I have left the country in August but for some reason no one at Xfinity is allowing me to cancel. I first cancelled the service back in August 2023. Could someone please help and tell me how on earth I cancel with this company. I'd really appreciate anyone that can help.
