Cancelled cable package on 2/19, received confirmation email, but still being charged for March services
I called Xfinity customer service and the agent advised me to pay the full bill and it would later be refunded (which seems highly inappropriate). I then chatted with an Xfinity agent who assured me that the balance would be adjusted, that I need only pay for current active services which I did, but now my account shows past due. Technology exists which terminated my cable access instantly on 2/19, but my account cannot be updated to reflect the amount I truly owe for services I am actually receiving in 30+ days? I will not pay for services I am not receiving and await to be refunded money I didn't owe to begin with. I need help getting this resolved as quickly as possible or at least assurance I will not be charged late fees or lose internet service of which I still have through Xfinity. Can someone please help me get this resolved? Thank you.
