Cancelled account is still showing up as active and received a statement.

I canceled my account but it’s still showing up as active on the app. Also revived a statement to pay even though the service should’ve ended already.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

@user_daqoew, thanks so much for reaching out with your concern about your closed account. We normally have a 10-day grace period from the date you want your account closed until the time it actually closes. This is to allow you a chance to change your mind. Your disconnect date is set for the actual date you requested, so you are not charged for any additional time. If you were to be billed during this 10-period, anything you overpaid would be refunded to you. Thank you for working with me today! I appreciate you!
