Cancelled account and was promised credit when noticed overbilled

I cancelled my account. I noticed upon reviewing my bill that I was over charged for several months. I got on the phone for 45 minutes on March 10th, 2025.  I talked with the representative and before I hung up I was promised a credit for $375 and that it would be broke down into 5- $75 credits because they had to credit each month individually. He said I would receive the credits within 3 business days.  It never came.

Fast forward to today and I spent another 44 minutes on the phone with a different agent who said they would no longer issue the credits and offered a $25 credit as a consolation.  

Do not trust what they say and get everything in writing because there is no organization with this company and they will flat out lie to you and change what they've said they'd do.

Not a trustworthy company! Avoid at all costs

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
