Xfinity NOW WiFi passes are generally non-refundable once purchased, even if unused, as they are considered prepaid, 30-day access products. However, you may be able to request a refund or support if the service never worked by contacting dedicated NOW support via the link or number in your confirmation email, or via the Xfinity Assistant.
