Cancellation

Hi I cancelled my service on 12/2/25. My bill for the next cycle (starting 12/8) had already generated, due 12/21. Am I going to have to pay that?

Great question, @user_p1vq16! Due to billing in advance, and cancellation orders typically 10 days to complete (even though billing stops the day you request cancellation), you'll probably see the latest printed balance for a while. If you're willing to give it some time (a minimum of 10 days from the time of your request), you should see proration (partial credit) apply and bring your final balance down to an accurate amount owed for the final days of usage.
