Cancellation Scam
I disconnected Wi-Fi service on 06/13 in store and returned all equipment.
I was told I would receive a credit for the remaining of the month. I did not receive a credit and I got a text today saying they will be charging me for the following month. Xfinity also deleted my log in so I can’t view or call anyone to get help.
