Cancellation Processed December 31st Yet Charged Multiple Times After

The first charge was for the frozen account cost $8:00 and the next one was for over $14. I need a full refund and a guarantee I’m not charged again.

I know how troubling it can be when billing is not what it is expected to be, and you have reached the best team for help! Did you set up a seasonal suspension on the account on December 31st?
