cancellation date wrong
I called Cancellations at 800-934-6489 on April 14th and asked to cancel the service on April 15th.
My service period was exactly March 16, 2026 to April 15, 2026.
Now I'm getting a bill for the service from April 16th to April 25th - 1/3 of a month!
That's wild and deceptive.
I no longer live there!
Somehow, Xfinity even sent me a "We received your cancellation request" a day later, on April 15th; however, this email has no cancellation date, just address & service. Curious, isn't it?
You can call it Xfinity, but it's good old Comcast trying to cheat customers in every imaginable way just to squeeze every last drop of revenue.
Shame!
