Cancell cable
I asked months ago for you guys to cancel my cable I wanted to cancel the cable and keep my essentials and no one was listening yet I'm still getting billboard I'm furious I'll never recommend you to anybody I'm very very mad I like to cancel my service my cable I'll bring the boxes in and drop them off and the closest office and hopefully we can resolve this issue really soon my bill is at the 500 now it's really [Edited: "Language"] me off I'm furious because it was a hundred and something and now it's like over five so I really don't need it I've had it disconnected for quite a while now I don't even use it so I'm a little bit curious I've been using that essentials the internet that's all I really need so but nobody's listening to me so please cancel my cable thank you very much and my username is [Edit: personal information] please cancel your earliest convenience I appreciate that thank you very much!!!

@Garagebob Welcome to our community forum! I know I would be upset if I was being billed for service I canceled, so I'll stick with you here until we make things right.
Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your first and last name so I can find the account and get started on a resolution.
