Canceling

I have called XFinity 3 times over 3 months. I moved overseas to take care of sick family and have canceled 3 times. I still get billed and have not received a refund for the 2 bills I had automatically taken from my bank account before I disabled autopay. What am I supposed to do?

To send a "Direct Message" message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
