Canceling Services

I have had a HORRIBLE experience, over the last several years, with comcast/xfinity. All I want to do is get ALL my services canceled. I tried the online chat several times and every single time it said it was too busy and i needed to call. I finally got customer service to cancel 2/3 services by spending hours and days on the phone with multiple reps. But there has got to be an easier way. I can't keep doing this. And now I have another bill. I just want to cancel everything! How do I do this without sitting on the phone forever???

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
