Canceling Services Frustration
WHY in this day in age is it impossible to cancel services online? I am not moving to a permanent address so there is no option to keep services for me and yet my only options are to wait 6 days for a call back or schedule an appointment at the store which in that process lies and says you can use the Xfinity assistant to cancel but all that does is send you to a page that says to schedule a call back or visit a store...and round and round we go. I have been a long time account holder and although it hasn't been cheap, Xfinity has been the most reliable but this is, well, stupid.
