Canceled service

I paid 250$ to bring my account up to date so it could get cancelled was told the cancellation date would be adjusted and I would get I refunded  it's been a month and no money has been returned I want an update

When you are closing your services, a final statement is generated, and if any credits are owed based on the final balance. These would be sent out via the last payment method on file.
