Canceled service

Hi, I canceled Xfinity, yet I am still getting charged, why? 

I was charged August 1st but I canceled my bill 7/29

i was told I would only be charged $19 for July/August but I was charged $50. Please refund my money and stop charging me if I canceled my service. Why are you continuing to charge me when I canceled my service ?

Your billing statement was generated before you canceled your service which is why you're seeing your old bill.
