Canceled service, still getting charged

Canceled Xfinity Mobile account in early June, transferred service to Ultra Mobile ... still getting billed regularly. I could not get hold of a human agent, calls or online chat. Judging from other search results you guys have been robbing customers in this way for ages. Great job!

If you have already reached out to Xfinity Mobile regarding your concerns, and they are still unresolved, our team can help facilitate communication with the appropriate team! You mentioned calling and using the online chat, but have you texted their Sales & Service team as well? If not, please try every method available, and let me know if you still have trouble reaching someone.
