Canceled service and STILL charged

I have called in multiple times with the promise from the advocate that my service was fully closed and terminated (last month). I even went INTO the store June 1st to return the equipment and the guy said I'm good to go, no more charges. Well...I was just charged $130....


I am disputing and I need help with getting this account fully removed, closed and any balance removed.

Hello @user_78zr50. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. When you cancel service there is usually still one bill that will pull from your account if you have autopay turned on, and then you get refunded the prorated difference based on the day that you canceled the account. It takes 30 days for the account balance to be fully closed out and any refunds to be processed. I can go ahead and take a look at your account to ensure that it was canceled, but it sounds like it was canceled very recently, and you will be processed any prorated funds back.

Press Enter to send it.
